Returns
Our Return policy is that we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase date for store credit only. Keep in mind that all returns/exchanges need to have the tags attached and must be un-worn and cannot have been washed. You will also need to provide receipt. Please be sure to read the care labels for proper washing. All items should be washed in cold water and line dried for best results. Most of the fabrics used will shrink up to 30% if not properly washed.
If you need to return an item please email us at sweetiebirds@hotmail.com for return address and packing slip. You will be responsible for shipping fees to us but not for us to ship back new items. If you choose to receive store credit then regular shipping will apply when redeemed credit is used.
